•Instrumental in turning around the fortunes of the company which had lost its good reputation and had received a curtailment on their operating licence.

•Managed the efficient day to day operation of this transport, storage and distribution facility in the West Midlands, overseeing nationwide distribution for customers throughout the UK
•Led a team of 35 including 26 Drivers, Warehouse Manager and operatives and administrators
