•Instrumental in turning around the fortunes of the company which had lost its good reputation and had received a curtailment on their operating licence.
•Driver compliance and K.P.I’s, disciplinary and sanctions.
•Monitoring performance Reviews in relation to training of both Driver and Warehouse staff
•Responsible for the control of scheduling of over 4000 pieces of bedding / chairs per week in the most cost effective and customer focused way of delivery including installation.

•Managed the efficient day to day operation of this transport, storage and distribution facility in the West Midlands, overseeing nationwide distribution for customers throughout the UK
•Led a team of 35 including 26 Drivers, Warehouse Manager and operatives and administrators
