EXPERIENCE

Knowles Transport, Wisbech – Tug Driver and Supervisor

September 2019 – Present

Part of my job involves the movement of trailers around the factory using a yard tractor but my primary role is the supervision of drivers and the management of the yard. I am responsible for ensuring the drivers deliver the products to the right destination and have the correct return loads needed to keep the factory running efficiently. The constant variability of the operation also requires me to maintain regular contact with the factory, warehouse and company management as well as the drivers and stock controllers to advise of any plan changes and reduce the chance of problems arising.
