KASTA MORRELY FASHION WEEK – Iasi, Romania
Kasta Morrely is a nongovernmental, independent, non-profit organization with performance and civic accomplishments proven through voluntary activity. I started my experience here as a model,
afterwards I have also received the hostess position for certain events. In the last year I was promoted as a team leader.
Key Achievements:
 Increase brand awareness in the online platforms.
 Influence team performance and goal achievements (As a team leader, I was
measuring and leading my own group of 10 models)
 Trained new stuff as hosts and hostesses. Key responsibilities:
 Welcome and great guests as they arrive and ensure that all their needs are considered.
 Schedule reservations in advance, monitor the waiting list.
 Make contact with guests as they leave, open the door, and help them to their cars
and bid them goodbye

 Introducing new processes of motivation in order to achieve high standards.
 Mentoring and training up new stuff. — reporting the results of their performance.
 Supervision and coordination of the model group in order to ensure the fulfilling of
the tasks.
 Creating a positive working environment and expressing ‘can do’ attitude.
 Work closely with fashion coordinators, directors, producers, stylists, make-up
artists, other models and clients to produce the desired looks and to create
successful events and fashion shows.
