cocktail list offering over 20 classic and signature options.

regular’s orders.
● Taking cash and card payments as well as inputting orders into the till system.
● Worked a fast-paced open-bar service at private events, keeping track of order flow and making
sure customers were served promptly and in the correct sequence
● On quiet shifts I would also work as a waiter, running food and drinks and taking table service
orders

Quick learner – When joining The Gatsby with no prior experience, I quickly learned all my
responsibilities, adapted to a new environment, and mastered the full cocktail menu from scratch
Teamwork – Experienced in working collaboratively in a range of environments, from supporting a
small bar team during high-capacity events to coordinating workflow on school film projects.
Customer service – Provide confident, friendly service by engaging with customers and learning
about the business to answer questions effectively
