• Purchase parts or items required by either production or site services to enable production to run smoothly and to improve and maintain the safety of the site in general.
• I have been trained in the use of SAP and ARIBA to create purchase orders and to reconcile invoices
• I am proficient in the use of SAP over a several disciplines, i.e. Purchasing, invoices, Maintenance planning and stock control where I have used SAP to effectively manage the stock Inventory, and create material BOM’s.
• I am Proactive and always looking for ways to improve on the procedures that are used.
• Actively involved in AMIS at Kilmarnock, which saw a massive rise from 27% on the first audit in 2008 to 44% on the second audit in 2009 and 52% in 2010, each year has seen the stores mentioned because of the improvements that have been made
• Prioritise Maintenance tasks to comply with COMAH requirements while also ensuring that production is not interrupted.

Driving HGV class one Vehicles

Repairing HGV’s and all other types of vehicles that have came into the garage or broken down at the roadside.

Deliver freight from Bellshill and Skelmersdale Depots to locations throughout Scotland and north England, then picking up and delivering return loads, also Trunking loads. I also assisted in the office when required to consolidate loads and arrange traffic schedules.

• Organise and control traffic to ensure that vehicles are operating at maximum efficiency to satisfy business needs and customer requirements
• Make sure that driver hours regulations are adhered to and all necessary documentation is returned in a timely fashion.
• Record all vehicle and trailer locations and workloads

While at college I worked on twilight shift at Diageo Kilmarnock and drove class one at weekends.
