Over the years especially whilst working in the NHS, I have gained a tremendous amount of experience in communicating with people over the phone and face to face. Often at moments when people are very emotional and angry and have had to deal with difficult and tense situations, which has involved me having to think on my feet in order to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently. I have provided colleagues with advice and assistance when required and always been a team player although I do enjoy lone working and able to work using my own initiative.
I have good time management skills and able to structure my own workload effectively. I would class myself as a good and effective team player, honest and hard working. I have always enjoyed driving and grew up amongst Lorries with my grandfather, father and both uncles’ being lorry drivers. My 2 sons have both left school and feel it’s time to concentrate on myself and before I get too old aim to live a lifelong ambition and commence a career in driving.
