• Responsible for a fleet of 2500 vehicles across 4 locations.
• In charge of a 2 million Euro self driver hire car contract.
• Efficiently managing a team 5 transport planners.
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles.
• Dispatching complex and oversized goods to national and international destinations.
• Overseeing the installation on telematics systems in all owned fleet vehicles.
• Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers and line managers.
