HGV Class 2 Driver

Zest Recruitment Group are now recruiting for Jet Vac Class 2 drivers/operators for a well-established drainage client based in Northampton. 3x temp to perm positions are available for the right candidates.

Your new role

As a Class 2 Driver/Operator, you will be working on the Northamptonshire county council highways drainage network. The main objectives would be cleansing of drainage assets within the network to ensure full serviceability. Full training will be provided. Monday to Friday work with 0500 start times.

Requirements

A Full UK HGV 2 Licence (minimum of 1 years’ experience), Digi-Card & DQC Card.
No more than 6 Penalty Points on the licence
NO DR’s, DD’s, CD’s or IN’s
Experience in the use of high-pressure jetting and vacuuming units would be advantageous
HPWJ training, First Aid, Manual Handling & NRSWA training would also be advantageous
A good understanding of EU Drivers Hours & the WTD.
A good understanding of the English Language both written & verbal
