Due to ongoing success within the Industrial Services team, we are looking to grow our fleet and therefore need operators to keep our trucks moving. Gilder Environmental Ltd is a small part of the William Gilder Group. We are a tight knit, versatile team operating a range of equipment from small rigid tankers to large Jetvacs. We have proudly served the liquid waste industry for over 25 years. Located between Tewkesbury and Evesham, we have a strong established customer base in the surrounding area, but are always willing to travel for our customers.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of HGV Drivers, on a permanent, full-time basis. T

Candidate Requirements

· Proven experience driving HGV with a Class 2 licence

· An up-to-date drivers CPC (ongoing training provided)

· Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated

· Maintains a positive can-do attitude

· Flexibility to adapt with the needs of the business

· Willingness to get stuck in and get the job done

· Previous experience operating Jetvacs and Van-packs would be desirable

You must be flexible and able to work a reasonable amount of overtime. You will be placed on call, or on a weekend working rota.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
