Job Type: Full-Time, 5 days week with alternate Saturday’s | £600pw take home plus bonus | Immediate Start Available

Join the team at What Rubbish – a leading independent waste management and recycling company committed to sustainability, service excellence, and making Bristol and surrounding areas cleaner and greener. We’re looking for a reliable, professional Skip Driver to support our growing operations across the Bristol and Bath area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering and collecting skips to/from commercial and domestic customers
Providing excellent customer service at every site
Ensuring skips are loaded, secured, and transported safely
Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting issues
Representing What Rubbish professionally on the road and at client premises
What We’re Looking For:

A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence
Valid CPC card
Experience in skip or waste industry driving (preferred, but not essential)
Good local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas
Positive attitude, punctual, and safety-conscious

BECOME AN OWNER-DRIVER AND WORK FOR YOURSELF! AVERAGE EARNINGS: £70,000 – £80,000 PER YEAR. AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE UK.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
