HGV Class 1 & 2 Driver

On behalf of our blue chip client based in Barnsley we are currently recruiting for ongoing-long term class 1 HGV drivers for Days and Nights, They operate 7 days a week delivering palletised and caged goods to other depots and private companies nationwide

Start times are from 0200-0800 on days and 1400-1800 on nights . You will be expected to make 2-3 deliveries per day and nights will be trunking work. 5 days per week guaranteed

Rates of pay –

Class 1

£15 p/h Days PAYE

£16 p/h Nights PAYE

£17 p/h Saturday PAYE

£19 p/h Sunday PAYE

Umbrella rates are £2 on top

Class 2

£13.40 p/h Nights PAYE

£13.47 p/h Sat/Sun Nights PAYE

Umbrella rates are £2 on top

CHRISTMAS BONUS

from 5th Dec: £4 uplift

from 10th Dec: £8 uplift

from 21st Dec: £13 uplift

Inductions running now and are paid

Need to be inducted in next two weeks to ensure you qualify for the Christmas uplift
