TTS 24-7 Recruitment are recruiting for a confident and experienced Class 1(C+E) driver for one of our most established clients based in Broxburn.

Roles and responsibilities:

Starting at our client in Broxburn, you will take a trailer to Livingston, where your shunting shift will begin.
You will be manoeuvring trailers into bays through roller shutter doors, not reversing onto loading bays.
Shunting trailers into parking spaces navigating around parked trailers.
Some of the trailers are 50ft rear steer axles which would require a confident and experienced driver.
There will be some down time during the 12-hour shift, so you are not constantly active during this shift.
Shift details and hourly rates:

Mon – Thurs 1800-0600 (£15.00-£18.00) Night rate
Fri 1400-2200 (1400-1800 (£12.65-£15.85) Day rate, 1800-2200 (£15.00-£18.00) Night rate)
This is a temporary ongoing role, that may become permanent.
Pay rates explained:

£12.65 p/h days (PAYE in house)

£15.85 p/h (PAYE Umbrella*)

£15.00 p/h nights (PAYE in house)

£18.00 p/h nights (PAYE Umbrella*)

Requirements:

Cat C+E licence
Digi card
DCPC card
Be over the age of 25, due to insurance stipulations.
