HGV Class 1 driver

We are currently looking for an HGV (Class 1) C+E Driver with some Class 2 work to work 5 over 7, days and nights. A flexible approach is required to cover all departments of the business, so this could be tanking, general haulage and multi drop Palletline. It is essential that the applicants have a Class 1 licence. The applicant must be reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.

The candidate must have a current digital tacho card and up to date Driver CPC.

· A full HGV (Class1) licence

· Excellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleagues

· Have a good geographic knowledge of UK roads

· Have a positive, can do attitude and be of smart appearance

· Be flexible as you will be required to drive a variety of vehicles and work additional hours when necessary

The Best Connection on behalf of our Burtonwood based client are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 night Drivers for long term ongoing work.

*****LONG TERM ONGOING WORK*****

22:00 – 01:00 start times available.

Full time and part time drivers welcome, we work around your availability.

Nationwide trunk work or local drop and swap.

No Loading or Unloading.

Clean and easy work.

Rates of pay per hour

£14.50 – Monday to Thursday

£15.00 – Friday

£16.50 – Saturday

£17.50 – Sunday

On site assessments are available on a daily basis with immediate starts available.
