The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced and professional HGV C+E (Class 1) drivers for a blue-chip supply chain specialist based in Leeds (additional sites in Bradford and surrounding areas).

The role will involve mainly trunking along regular routes. Minimal handball (Drivers may be required to assist with offloading).

Pay rate: £11.50 p/h (PAYE) & £17.25 (after 8 hours worked).

We currently have vacancies for both day and night shift drivers so we are hoping to be able to accomodate most drivers and their preferred hours.

The role will involve:

Sub-delivery and customer trunking (Class 1).
Minimal handball is required
Perform pre and post operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with company policy
Follow all required safety policies and procedures
Who we are looking for:

Experienced Class 1 driver (minimum 2 years)
Reliable individual with good time management skills
Approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude
Flexibility on working hours
