The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Driver(s) LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) for work at our client based at East Midlands Airport in Castle Donington. The role is working Saturday to Wednesday If you are willing to do the occasional night out you will qualify for a Temp to Perm position. If not there is still regular work available every week.

Start Times:

Saturday 04:30
Sunday to Wednesday – 09:00
PAYE Rates:

Saturday days – £14.67ph
Saturday Nights – £16.91ph
Sunday days – £15.67ph
Sunday Nights – £18.27
Days Monday to Wednesday (08:00-19:00) – £13.67ph
Nights Monday to Wednesday (19:00-08:00) – £15.97ph
Overtime after 40 hours – £20.51ph
Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington

Duration: Ongoing

Requirements of the HGV Driver LGV Cat C+E (Class 1):

Have a clear 5 year work history, with no more than 4 jobs (limited company drivers can be referenced via their accountant)
Have a clean criminal record
Be willing to do at least 1 night out per week
Have No more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, IN’s, TT’s)
Requirements of the HGV Driver LGV Cat C+E (Class 1):

Positioning trucks on bays
Assisting loading the trailers
Undertaking trunking and trailer swaps
Early drops to local Service Centres such as Birmingham or Northampton
