Full job description
Due to increased business, we are looking to recruit several Permanent (PAYE ONLY) Class 1 Drivers across various shifts from our site in Spalding.

*NEW PASSES WELCOME*

Tramping – pre-midnight / Day – 12:00-15:00

Duties:

– Safely operate an articulated vehicle.

– Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving

– Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods

– Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure

– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

Requirements:

– Valid HGV C+E License and Driver CPC

– Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards

– Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries

– Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

-You must live within 50 miles of Spalding, Lincolnshire

Salary: (PAYE ONLY) (Dependent on Tramping or Day Shift) – Various Shifts available

£148 – 163 Monday to Friday

£158 – 173 Saturday

£168 – 183 Sunday and Bank Holiday

£12 per shift food & phone allowance

£2 per week PPE allowance

£26.20 Night out allowance
