About Us

RSM Fuel Delivery, part of the rapidly expanding RSM Group, delivers nationwide fuel maintenance, fuel supply, drainage services, and environmental support to both private and public sector clients.

Following continued growth within our fuel division, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Drop Fuel Delivery Driver to support our expanding nationwide delivery operations.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to carry out multi-drop fuel deliveries to a wide range of commercial, industrial, and domestic customers across the UK.

The position includes:

Multi-drop fuel deliveries (planned routes and reactive/emergency supply)
Occasional nights away depending on delivery location
Out-of-hours and emergency delivery work
Professional communication with customers, site managers, and on-site operatives
We are looking for someone reliable, safety-conscious, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining RSM’s high operational standards.

Responsibilities

Safely operate an ADR fuel tanker for the delivery of diesel, gas oil, and other fuels.
Complete multi-drop delivery schedules efficiently while maintaining compliance with driving hours and safety regulations.
Carry out daily vehicle checks, defect reporting, and routine cleaning/maintenance of tanker equipment.
Load and discharge fuel in line with site procedures and safe systems of work.
Accurately complete delivery tickets, PODs, and electronic job records.
Ensure full compliance with ADR regulations, DGSA guidance, and all health & safety requirements.
Maintain excellent customer service standards at all delivery locations.
Respond to emergency fuel delivery requests when required.
Maintain safe working practices, including correct use of PPE and spill prevention measures.
Represent RSM professionally at all times as a key point of contact for customers.
Requirements

Valid UK Driving Licence (Category C minimum, C+E advantageous).
ADR Licence (Tanks & Class 3 essential or willingness to obtain — RSM can support training).
Digital Tachograph Card & in-date Driver CPC.
Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience (fuel or tanker experience advantageous).
Good understanding of fuel products, delivery procedures, and site safety requirements.
Strong awareness of health & safety and environmental compliance.
Willingness to work away from home and participate in an on-call rota.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
