You’ll have a natural ability in numbers, ideally with a numerical degree or equivalent or relevant experience and be able to communicate effectively with strong verbal, written and presentation skills to ensure your message is understood by technical and non-technical colleagues.
With a proven ability to make sound judgements balancing risk assessment, model performance (if applicable), consistency, regulation, complexity, resource prioritisation you’ll think strategically to make ethical judgements even in the absence of policy, guidance or precedent.
We’re looking for a strong background in lending, financial or capital markets. You’ll have experience of complex data analytics in a financial environment and of model build and/or validation within a financial services organisation.
You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we look to drive Artificial Intelligence and automation and you’ll motivate the team to improve and develop their performance.
This role may be worked as a job share therefore you are welcome to apply as an individual reduced hours applicant, or alongside another candidate.
