Full job description
HGV Class 2 driver required to deliver aluminium and stainless steel material to the engineering sector throughout the North West and Wales.

Working hours are Monday to Friday and based on a 40.5 hour week , Monday to Thursday 06.30 to 1600 , Friday 06.30 to 1400, Saturday morning on a rota , ( 1 in 7 ) 0600 to approx 1100, with all overtime paid at time + half .

We offer a quarterly bonus scheme based on company performance levels .

A company pension scheme after qualifying period , the company contributes 8.7% based on your gross salary and you can also add to that by way of voluntary contributions , also included is in service life insurance.

A holiday entitlement of 25 days per year is offered , plus bank holidays.

All applicants must have a proven track record for timekeeping and attendance.

Preferably 2 years HGV driving experience required although keen newly qualified drivers over 25 will be considered .

You will have a good knowledge of the North West region road network with multi drop experience .

A clean licence is preferred but no more than 3 points will be considered . ( sorry but no previous DDR or INS convictions acceptable )

We are a well established growing company that can offer a good work to home life balance with easy work hours , a modern well maintained fleet , a competitive salary package , a basic of £27.500 with on target earnings including bonuses and overtime of around £34000.
