Recruitment Consultant – Driving & Logistics

Salary 24-28K, negotiable dependent on experience, free town centre parking, uncapped
bonus scheme

Location: Doncaster Town Centre

​

Must have experience in logistics recruitment.

Due to a position becoming available, our client are
looking for an experienced Driving/Logistics Recruitment Consultant to
join their successful Driving Division in Doncaster, you will be working
as part of a team, Monday – Friday between the hours of 07:00 – 18:00, 40
hours per week.

What does the role involve?

This position is a full 360 role and would suit someone already working
within the logistics sector. You will be responsible for
maintaining an already successful logistics desk, already existing
client relationships including all well-known blue chip companies,
identifying and winning new business when required.

You will also be responsible for processing all payroll duties on a
rota basis or when required to cover holidays.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will desirable have:

· The ability to grow the branch through effective sales calls
& prospect meetings

· Able to meet KPI’s with an outward going and positive
personality with a ‘can do attitude’

· Able to meet deadlines effectively

· You will be a confident communicator capable of dealing with
clients at all levels

· High level of attention to detail

· Excellent levels of customer service

· Time management skills

· Ability to build strong relationships with drivers and
customers alike

· Full, UK driving licence would be essential for this role as
you will be meeting clients old and new

· Must be prepared to take part in a 24 hour service on call
rota one in every three weeks on weekends only. Friday to Monday morning

· A good basic knowledge of the logistics / HGV driving
industry in regards to rules and regulations

· Must be IT literate, keen to succeed and be driven and

self-motivated
