EXCELLENT CLASS 1 DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES – Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday shift patterns – guaranteed 10.5 hours per shift ( other ongoing and adhoc positions also available)
For this role YOU will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of Scunthorpe and must have held your licence for at least one year and gained 3 months experience for insurance purposes.

As one of our store drivers, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, delivering goods to our customers and ensuring they receive top-drawer service with every interaction. You’ll be an integral part of our team, using your expert driving skills to navigate through the local area and beyond, ensuring deliveries are made on time and in perfect condition.

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about driving and have a keen eye for detail. As a Class 1 or Class 2 driver, you’ll need to have a valid driving license, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and be confident in your ability to drive safely and efficiently.

ROLE INFORMATION:

A usual shift consists of the Shop / Store Deliveries from our client’s premises in Scunthorpe, it can be physical work as you are delivering caged food products but there is no handball involved. We require you to be customer focused as exposure to the customer is inevitable.

You will need to complete a driving and theory assessment and a drugs and alcohol test once successful pre-employment checks have been completed.

YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

Category C or C+E on your licence
Experience of retail multi drop
Held your HGV C or C+E licence for at least 12 months
You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes
“Can do” attitude
No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
Class 2 Driver Rates

£14.21 PH Monday to Friday ( please note rates are PAYE only)
£17.76 PH Class 2 Multi Drop Weekends
£18.90 PH Class 2 Multi Drop Overtime Hours Monday-Friday over 42 hours
£23.62 PH Class 2 Multi Drop Weekend Overtime Hours over 42 hours
Class 1 Driver Rates

£14.98 Class 1 Multi Drop Monday-Friday
£18.73 Class 1 Multi Drop Weekends
£19.92 Class 1 Multi Drop Week Overtime Hours over 42 hours
£24.90 Class 1 Multi Drop Weekend Overtime Hours over 42 hours
Bonus Pay upon completing 4 shifts on a working week Multi Drop £50 a week

22:00 – 01:00 start times available.

Full time and part time drivers welcome, we work around your availability.

Nationwide trunk work or local drop and swap.

No Loading or Unloading.

Clean and easy work.

Rates of pay per hour

£14.50 – Monday to Thursday

£16.50 – Saturday

£17.50 – Sunday
