URGENTLY REQUIRED CLASS 1 DRIVERS MULTI DROP – £14.21 ph to £23.62 ph
EXCELLENT CLASS 1 DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES –

Stores: Wednesday-Saturday or Thursday-Monday, Friday – Monday Shift Patterns available ( ongoing and adhoc positions available)

Trunking: PM shifts available. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (possibly some Tuesdays and Sundays

For this role YOU will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of Scunthorpe

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Class 1 Driver Rates

£14.41 Class 1 Trunking
£14.98 Class 1 Multi Drop Monday-Friday
£18.73 Class 1 Multi Drop Weekends
£19.92 Class 1 Multi Drop Overtime Hours over 42 hours
£21.61 Class 1 Trunk Overtime paid at 5th Shift onwards
£19.92 Class 1 Multi Drop Weekend Overtime Hours over 42 hours
Bonus Pay upon completing 4 shifts on a working week Trunking £20 a week

Bonus Pay upon completing 4 shifts on a working week Multi Drop £50 a week

If you are wishing to do nights out then it is £25.25 per night.

ROLE INFORMATION:
Rapier Employment are urgently seeking HGV Class 1 Store and Trunking Drivers for our client based in Scunthorpe. ongoing and adhoc work are both available. The hours you work per week determines on what shifts you can be available for.

A usual shift consists of the Shop / Store Deliveries from our client’s premises in Scunthorpe, it can be physical work as you are delivering caged food products but there is no handball involved. We require you to be customer focused as exposure to the customer is inevitable. Full-time and part-time shifts are both available.

You will need to complete a driving and theory assessment and a drugs and alcohol test once successful pre-employment checks have been completed.
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:

– Store deliveries
– Cage Work
– Fresh/Frozen/Chilled Produce
– Flexible shifts available
– Start times vary dependant on preference. Usually between 0400-12.00 for day shifts.
YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

C+E on your licence
Experience of retail multi drop is preferable but not essential
For Class 1 you must have held your licence for at least 12 months and have at least 3 months experience for insurance purposes
“Can do” attitude
No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
