Class 1 HGV driver

Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV CONTAINER drivers on behalf of our client in Doncaster, this is on an adhoc basis covering holiday and sickness with a potential to become ongoing.

Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:

Average 04:30-08:00 DAYS
Average 15:00 – 18:00 NIGHTS
Average 11–13-hour shifts
Min 2 year Class 1 / 12 Month container experience
MUST HAVE DOC CARD
Due to start MARCH 2024
Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete a driving assessment and induction prior to commencing work.

Class 1 HGV drivers will require:

Valid UK HGV licence for 2 years or more.
Minimum 12-month previous container experience ( referenceable ).
Must have a valid Dock Card
Digital tachograph card CPC card.
Be professional and presentable at all times.
Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99
PAYE rates are:

£14.00 DAYS – Monday – Friday
£15.00 NIGHTS – Monday – Friday
£16.00 Saturday
£17.00 Sunday
MIN 8 hours paid per shift.
