Pure staff are looking for experienced HGV C+E (Class 1) drivers to work alongside one of our client’s in the Herefordshire area.

Pure Staff are currently looking for enthusiastic & experienced HGV C+E (Class 1) drivers to join our team of flexible employees to work with this specific client.

Pure Staff is working on their behalf to find required 1 x HGV C+E (Class 1) driver to work on a day by day shift basis, this could be ongoing long-term work for the right candidate.

There is 1 position available.

The job its self can consist of driving a HGV C+E (Class 1) lorry. The vehicle will have a crane on the back, this will be operated by a driver’s mate so you never have to leave the vehicle. This can include long shifts but in keeping with tachograph law.

Our Clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive a HGV C+E (Class 1) vehicle successfully but that can communicate well to ensure that all deliveries / collections are completed.

There is a stop call wait procedure to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.

The perfect candidate will be of smart appearance with a polite nature, you will need to show willingness to give that little extra to ensure our clients end user has the best experience possible.

Start times can vary but normally between 14:00 – 20:00

As a Pure Staff flexible employee for this role you will require;

C+E (Class 1) drivers’ licence
CPC Card
Digital tachograph card
Clean Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT MS DR DD) codes
Experience not necessary but can be advantageous
Pay;

Nights C+E £12 per hour PAYE (flat rate)

Nights C+E £15 per hour Ltd Company Contractors

Pure Staff prides its self on delivering a first-class service and as a direct result we offer loyalty incentives for all drivers from Van to 7.5t & HGV;

Refer a HGV/LGV driver and after they have worked for us for a month receive £100 for you and £50 for them!

After 400 hours (about 8 weeks) of work you will get a gift box also a Loyalty card – which will earn you a £1 for each shift worked for us.
