Pure Staff Limited are currently supporting an established leading Haulage Company which work heavily in the Derby area.

We are looking to recruit new HGV Category C+E Drivers (Class 1) for work throughout 2020.

The company is a business who have many years’ experience in all types of haulage and transport services.

The Role:

As an experienced HGV Category C+E Driver you will need the following:

Candidates MUST have a Class 1, Cat C+E licence.
You must also an up to date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
6 months experience minimum
Flexible on start times
Be able to use the ratchet straps effectively
Long hours will be available
Tramping runs are available aswell
Weekend work available
All long distance runs
No hand ball
Max 2 drops ( depending on whether or not you will be tramping)
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Candidates must have excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a first class customer experience. You will be dealing with Amazon so any experience providing delivery, transport and logistics services to these types of companies would be highly desirable.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Sunday, around 12 Hour Shifts, weekend shifts available also and tramping runs are on offer if that is what you are after.

To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it).
