Pure Staff are looking to fill 3 x HGV C (Class 2) General haulage roles within the Bristol area ongoing contracts or temp to permanent positions are available,

Pure staff are looking for experienced C (Class 2) food distribution drivers to work alongside one of our client’s.

Pure Staff are currently looking for enthusiastic & experienced HGV C (Class 2) drivers to join our team of flexible employees to work with this specific client.

Our client is one of the most well-respected pre perpaired food distributors in the local area

Pure Staff is working on their behalf to find required 5 x Class 2 HGV C drivers to work on longer term ongoing contracts.

The job its self can consist of multiple drops (up to 15) this can include long shifts but in keeping with tachograph law

Distribution is completed in a Class 2 Rigid lorry with refrigerated body and tail lift , normally a Manual Mrec Aczor. (There is handball on this job, and you will be required to be physically capable

Deliveries are generally to hospitals, prisons, schools or specialist homes.

Our Clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive HGV C Class 2 ridged lorry successfully but that can communicate well to ensure that all deliveries / collections are completed.

There is a stop call wait procedure to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on delays or route changes.

The perfect candidate will be of smart appearance with a polite nature, you will need to show willingness to give that little extra to ensure our clients end user has the best experience possible.

Start times can vary but normally between 05:00am and 07:00am on days and 17:00 to 20:00 on nights

As a Pure Staff flexible employee for this role you will require.

HGV C Driving licence
CPC Card
Digital thacograph card
Clean Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT MS DR DD) codes
Experience not necessary but can be advantageous
Pay;

Days £14:00 per hour PAYE

Nights £15:00 per hour PAYE

In addition to your £14 / £15 pay you will also receive holiday pay and be enrolled into a pension

We do not work with LTD company contractor’s
