Class 1 driver nights

Pure Staff Birmingham are currently recruiting for up to 10 experienced Class 1 drivers to help support one of our major clients in the Birmingham area who are a top tier supplier into a major online retailer. We have immediate starts on offer with ON GOING WORK.

To be a successful HGV C+E Driver for this role you will need:

1 year minimum on UK category C+E licence
Minimum of 6 months UK driving experience as a HGV C+E driver
No more than 6 penalty points
Good knowledge of the UK roads
Good level of communication
Flexible working attitude
Smartphone is essential
The role:

Long distance work (Trunking)
No handball
Long hours
1-4 drops
Depot delivery’s
ON GOING WORK as a Class 1 driver
Salary:

Shifts

We are looking for drivers who are willing to start between 20:00 and 02:00. These shifts are normally around 12 hours per day.

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
