HGV Class 1 CAT CE Driver – TEMP to PERM
Starts available: Immediate
£594 Per Week (55 Hour Week)
Temp to Perm After Completion of 12 Weeks
Can Accept New Passes Subject to Successful Assessment
Night Work
Working within a large distribution company, duties will include both inter-depot trunks and deliveries direct to customers and due to continued growth and development our Client is looking to increase the number of permanent drivers on their night shift.
There is the requirement to be flexible when out on deliveries as there can be changes during the course of the working day from Transport in respect of customer requirements.
There are two shift patterns available, one being Sunday to Thursday and the other, Monday to Friday.
Typical start times on the Sunday to Thursday shift are 1600, whilst Monday to Friday can range between 1600 and 1800.
The Client operates 24/7 and as such, there is excellent driver support available from the nights transport team for assisting with any queries whilst on the road.
The role would suit any driver but also new passes (subject to assessment) who are looking to develop their skills within the Transport and Logistics Sector with a supportive and forward thinking company.
Suitable Applicant Requirements:
Must hold a valid CAT CE licence.
Must hold a valid CPC Card.
Must hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card.
No more than 6 points on your licence (No DDs/DRs/INs).

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.
We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator's Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won't spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
