HGV Class 1 Tramping Sunday to Thursday Nights

Job Description

Owens Group are looking for an enthusiastic & conscientious HGV Class 1 drivers for our Manchester Carrington operation working a Sunday to Thursday nights shift pattern with nights out tramping, Additional hours/shifts will be available if required.

****£11.50 Mon-Fri, £14 weekend, £25 per night out****

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

A valid clean HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered)
A digital tachograph card and full CPC
Night tramping experience
Minimum 1 years experience driving Class 1, Newly qualified drivers considered (conditions apply)
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Good geographical knowledge
Excellent customer service
Driven Class 1 within the last 6 months ( with the exception of new drivers)
The Role:

Night tramping Sunday to Thursday across the country, you will be required to adhere to the following:

Providing excellent customer service
Supermarket and general haulage deliveries
Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
Pre-start Vehicle safety checks and vehicle cleanliness
Completion of all legal and customer relevant paperwork
