Due to our strategic growth and continued expansion of our business, we have a new opportunity for a recruitment account manager, based in Cowley.

What You will do

Recruitment of HGV Drivers
Planning shifts and daily bookings
Liaising with clients to ensure requirements are met.
Assisting branch with weekly payroll functions
Planning peak periods, managing drivers during shutdowns
Attending weekly/monthly KPI meetings
Answering calls out of hours (on branch rotation)
Arranging driving assessments & training
Management of driver compliance with bespoke company software
Working on site, from home and in branch where necessary (Own transport required).
Laptop and mobile provided.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus on call (on rotation)
Full training provided.
Recruitment account management experience preferred.
A responsible position that requires a high level of maturity, flexibility, and professionalism. There will be a degree of out of hours work where necessary and branch support will be provided.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

BECOME AN OWNER-DRIVER AND WORK FOR YOURSELF! AVERAGE EARNINGS: £50,000 – £60,000 PER YEAR. AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE UK.

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
