Manage stock control of site consumables and coordinate maintenance or repairs of machinery and plant equipment.
Investigate all incidents, near-misses, and breaches promptly, producing clear and accurate reports with follow-up actions.
Act as the first point of contact for escalations or queries from team members, clients, and contractors on site.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, environmental regulations, and permit conditions.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable experience in a supervisory or team leader role within waste management, logistics, transport, or a similar operational environment.
Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop staff to achieve high performance and compliance.
