Join MRK Transportation Ltd as a HGV Class 1 Driver full time, and help us ensure freight arrives at the right place at the right time – every time. You will be working for a family run business based in Leigh, Greater Manchester.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our dynamic team at MRK Transportation Ltd in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering efficient and timely haulage solutions while upholding our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Operate 44-tonne articulated vehicles safely and efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of goods across various locations
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Communicate effectively with logistics teams and clients
Handle loading and unloading of cargo as required
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Qualifications
Valid C+E Class 1 license with no more than six penalty points (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
Driver CPC card (or DQC Card) with no current suspension or revocation
Understand and comply to tachograph and drivers hours regulations
Minimum of 12 months UK driving time is preferred
Right to work in the UK
English language skills for safety
Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
