CB Data Services is a Centre of Excellence set up to create an efficient, client focused and easy-to-deal with specialist support unit, fully aligned to the Commercial Banking Client Centric Model.
Based in London, Bristol or Glasgow, this opportunity is within the MI & Reporting team of CB Data Services. The team work closely with colleagues across the Product and Coverage areas of the Commercial Business and specialise in:
• A rapid response service to take care of quick fire and simple business questions within short time scales.
• Provision of a service that provides client insight on some complex business questions.
• MI consultancy service.
• Production & Delivery of regular MI (daily, weekly, monthly, on demand)
• Regular MI Production support (Fix on Fail)
• Specialist reporting for SME Lending and Markets MI
• Delivery of adhoc requests & MI Development
Are you an expert Management Information and Reporting professional with knowledge and experience of Commercial Banking and Markets?
This new role is to support the newly created Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets (LBCM). You’ll be instrumental in supporting regular reporting and ad-hoc requests, therefore your experience and knowledge of the Markets will be essential to success.
Criteria for your success:
• You’ll have great experience of Teradata SQL, for interrogation of the Group Data Warehouse
• Your previous roles will be within an Analytics or MI team, manipulating large volumes using your experience/knowledge of SQL Server and Business Objects. The team have also recently started using Tableau so previous experience of this would be valuable.
• A proven grasp of data structure and databases alongside demonstrable understanding of Commercial Data
• Superb attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Able to plan and organise your own workload and use your interpersonal skills to communicate to partners across the division.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access
Although there will be no direct line management responsibility you be will be a ‘leader’ within the team – supporting junior, less-experienced colleagues, and have a desire to learn new technologies and data sources, and being the lead analyst to support complex, demanding projects.
