Trainee HGV Driver Role – No experience needed!

Role includes full training to drive a Class 2 HGV vehicle and carry out HGV driver related duties.

Salary :

£22,000 – £25,000 starting salary
Median salary £32,291 per year (1-3 years on the job)
Earn £38,000 per year plus (experienced)

We’ll help you secure work with one of our HGV employer partners. These are businesses in your area who are actively seeking newly trained HGV drivers for immediate starts.

Job details:

40-48 hrs per week
Various days and shifts
Travel across the UK
Training:

15-20 days training including:

Warehousing, storage and distribution principles
HGV driver theory training and test
DCPC
And more
Followed by 7 days HGV driver training:

Intense practical training
Test on completion
Achieve Cat C licence to drive Class 2 HGV vehicles
Role:

Plan deliveries and the route you’ll take.
Check your vehicle is safe and report any issues you find.
Help load and unload goods safely.
Keep records of the deliveries you make.
Regularly check traffic reports and change your route if needed
Requirements:

Drivers only (travel will be an essential part of the role)
