The Company:

Our client is a well-known company based in Slough (SL3) who are forward thinking and working on reducing waste and increasing recycling. They are offering a fantastic opportunity for a HGV 2 driver to join them on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity:

My client is looking for HGV 2 driver to join them on a permanent basis driving a HGV 2 tipper lorry to commercial customers. The areas that will be covered will be from Slough as far down as Salisbury across to Tunbridge Wells.

You will be required to complete around 3-5 tips per day to customers, and you will be required to load the tipper lorry yourself using plant machinery.

There is no experience needed for HGV 2 driving, tipper driving or plant machinery, this will be a great bonus though! Full training and a driving assessment will be available so that you are fully comfortable and competent with the job.

As long as you have a positive can-do attitude our client is happy to invest their time and training into you.

there is the option for you to complete SOME nights out, this is not forced upon you, but it is encouraged, to increase productivity for you. This does come at a payment on top of your salary.

Start times/shifts:

Monday to Friday shift pattern based on a 48-hour week.

The start times and expected finish times – 05:00am-15:00/15:30

Pay:

Basic salary of – £33,876

Productivity and compliance bonuses available on top of salary (circa £300-£500 per month on top of salary, providing criteria is met by you)

Night out bonused £35 per night if you choose to do so

Key Requirements:

· HGV 2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, CPC Card

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions

· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

· Unfortunately, we cannot take anyone with a DR10 on their licence
