The Company:

A leading logistics company with an established reputation in the driving industry, are offering an opportunity for a Class 2 driver to join them on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity:

Operating around their depot in Southall (UB2) area you will be required to complete a range of 6-8 (max.) drops per shifts (route dependant) to a well-known retail store.

The company will try to keep you on the route that you know where possible, you will be delivering on rolling cages/pallets fairly light work to outbase customers.

You will have a guaranteed 8 hours minimum pay per shift.

Shifts:

Monday – Friday

04:00am starts

Most bank holidays are worked, but the company give you a day back in lieu for this

If you go over 40 hours per week as you will likely average 48 hours per week you will be paid a flat rate for overtime of £17 per hour on top of your basic salary.

PAYE:

£35,360 per year based on 40 hours per week.

With an average of 48 hours per week worked your OTE is £42,432 per year.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

28 days holiday per year

Key Requirements:

HGV 2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, CPC Card
Looking for 2 years experience on HGV 2
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Unfortunately, we cannot take anyone with a DR10 on their licence
