Kilkern’s vaccum excavator business Vac UK has the newest most high spec fleet of vacuum excavators in the uk. Our fleet includes both MTS and RSP vacuum excavators.
We supply our machines with the best operators to the UK’s major contractors on utilities, highways, airports, civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
We have the best machines and the best drivers.
We have a yard and office in Manchester and St Albans Hertfordshire allowing us to cover the whole of the UK.

The salary and pay
Full-time with both permanent paye with holiday pay and long term contract options available
Salary: £170 + per shift (rate depending on experience)

Experience and skills required
HGV license
Vacuum excavator experience
Experience digging around live utilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £170.00 to £200.00 /day

Experience:
driving: 1 year (Preferred)

BECOME AN OWNER-DRIVER AND WORK FOR YOURSELF! AVERAGE EARNINGS: £45,000 – £60,000 PER YEAR. AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE UK.

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
