We’re on the hunt for a Fleet Coordinator to join a fast-paced team, working in a modern office, with free food (delicious food) and drinks based in Warrington. You must have a driving license and your own transport due to the location.

As a Fleet Coordinator you will be providing a first-class service to the groups internal HGV drivers.

What will you be doing as a Fleet Coordinator?

Managing and liaising with maintenance suppliers regarding breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance of the fleet.
Delivering excellent customer service in responding to driver Line calls within agreed timescales.
Taking ownership of individual incidents, liaising with accident management and operations teams.
Responding to breakdown calls from drivers and report defects on vehicles
Ensuring suppliers are operating within agreed service levels.
Liaise with fleet managers, operations, drivers, account managers, contractors, accident management companies and driver agencies regularly.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

You will have previous experience within customer service or logistics other experience within fleet administrator, fleet co-ordinator, driver line or a logistics account manager.
You can remain calm and confident under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Driving licence is essential due to the location.
Experience within logistics is desirable but not essential.
What will you get in return for your work as a Fleet Coordinator?

£25,000 per annum.
4on4off OR Monday to Friday.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners.
