The Role

Job Purpose

Working as part of a growing team operating our high spec Recycler, Jetvac or Cityflex units, you will visit all types of clients — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. — across the UK carrying out Cleaning, Desilt, Root Cutting & associated CCTV where necessary. Generally working with a CCTV Team, you will take a lead from the CCTV Drainage Engineer when on site but also work under your own initiative where possible.​

· Provide iPads and other devices to reduce admin tasks

· Support you with a dedicated business central function team

· Provide opportunities for professional development.

· Support you through career progression with biannual reviews.

You will

Be driving & operating the latest HGV Jetting equipment day to day.
Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
Work closely with CCTV Drainage Engineer and Drainage & CCTV Technicians, ensuring all Jetting & CCTV work completed on site.
Contribute towards producing high quality results, reports and feedback.
Always establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problems.
You need to be flexible too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours working across the UK.
The Person

Qualifications

Essential​

Clean HGV Driving Licence
Experience – 2 years minimum operating HGV Jetting equipment
NRSWA Streetworks
Confined space level 2 and above
High-pressure water jetting
Manual Handling & First Aid at Work
CSCS & Fit to Work
Desirable​

Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Personal Track Safety (PTS)
Water Hygiene & Reverse Assist
Knowledge & Experience

Proven experience within the Utilities Sector – preferably in the Drainage Industry
Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment.
Professional, customer focused with a good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.
Working knowledge of Health and Safety
Knowledge of waste network operations business processes
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package
