Head of Marketing Strategy

The Role

We are seeking a top-performing smart and motivated individual to join a fast-growing and exciting business.  You will support, develop and drive the performance of the marketing team, responsible for working with channel managers on target-setting, planning, and driving growth across the business.  You will drive key marketing initiatives across the team and will be responsible for rolling out and implementing key business initiatives.  The role is varied, with exposure across the business and will involve working closely with Sales, Operations, Strategy, and Product teams.  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Director of Growth to shape the growth strategy across marketing channels and the website
• Coordinate weekly and monthly forums to monitor performance and evaluate potential projects and changes
• Represent the marketing team in business wide projects and initiatives and project manage implementation as it relates to the marketing team
• Working with the channel managers to accurately forecast marketing performance and growth initiatives
• Present key marketing strategies to wider business in a clear, concise and actionable way

The Candidate

• This will suit a candidate with past experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm* and experience in a marketing function
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to draw strategic insights from analysis and communicate concisely and effectively with junior and senior stakeholders within and outside the business
• Experience leading and managing projects across different teams
• Collaborative, comfortable working across several teams
• Organised, enjoys setting up processes and implementing these across a team
• Insight driven, loves problem solving and finding insights to unlock further growth potential
