Expert Recruitment LTD are working with one of the Countries Largest Logistics teams, our client is looking for drivers to join their full time team in their purpose built RDC in Bedford.

Our candidates will be working 12 weeks via Expert Recruitment then transferring as a permanent member of our clients team.

Offering £11.25 to £18.56 per hour. Over time after 40 hours, you will be collecting and delivering international mail.

This role involves trunking work between RDC.

Please note you will be required to take a driving assessment and be able to attend a customer induction ready to commence work.

You must have:

Full HGV C+E licence, Ideally with 6 months UK HGV driving experience
Maximum 6 points on licence (made up by 2 minor offence) No TT, DD, DR or IN endorsements
Digital tacho card, CPC card
A good understanding of Drivers hours and regulations
Good understanding of the working time directive
Excellent geographical knowledge of UK road network

BECOME AN OWNER-DRIVER AND WORK FOR YOURSELF! AVERAGE EARNINGS: £45,000 – £60,000 PER YEAR. AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE UK.

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
