We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 2 Night Drivers (or Cat C Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Gatwick depot.

What You’ll Do:

Our HGV Class 2 drivers work on shifts, safely transporting our palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units (that’s where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4 – 5 drops ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.

Our full-time HGV Class 2 driver roles are 40 hours a week, but flexible contracts and part time hours are available. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

You’ll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, driver’s CPC and digital tachograph. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
