We are looking for a Class 1 Relief Driver. This is a brilliantly varied job where you will be the face of Elis to many of our amazing customers, you will offer support, insight and exceptional service to ensure that the relationship between the customer and Elis is maintained to the highest standard.

Weekly pay and guaranteed hours.

Within the role you will:

· Visit Customer sites to deliver and collect work

· Attend daily driver debrief sessions and provide an update on any customer changes and/or added value opportunities

· Act as the last point of call between Elis and our customers

· Ensure all contact with our customers is honest, polite and helpful at all times.

What we are looking for:

· A Full clean driving licence (C + E licence)

· Up to date driver CPC card

· Experience in delivering or collecting goods

· Knowledge of Drivers hours, Working Time Directive and tachograph compliance

· Experience of carrying out safety checks, vehicle defect reports, time sheets and fuel logs

· Excellent communication skills

· Confidence communicating with customers daily and recording and reporting any customer queries or concerns

· Flexible and able to react quickly to the needs of the customer and Elis.

Please note that the job is of a physical nature, delivering and collecting cages of linen and you will be expected to pass our in-house driver assessment upon appointment.

Full training will be given.
