Full job description
Driving Talent are looking for an experienced instructor to help out with cover for our full time instructors. We may need cover on short notice, but will try to give as much notice as possible.

Type of work you could cover would range from a 4 hour retest to 8+day C+E courses. We can agree on your preference.

As an HGV Driver Trainer you will be teaching candidates on both Class 2 (Cat C) and Class 1 (C+E) vehicles to DVSA test standard and helping to create the next generation of HGV drivers. Previous experience on this role

The ideal candidate will:

Have held a C+E licence for a minimum of 3 years
Have previous experience in working as an HGV instructor
Have knowledge of Leicester test routes
Have good road safety knowledge and a high standard of driving ability
Be a friendly and outgoing team player
Working hours will be Monday-Friday 7am until 3:30pm, although some flexibility may be required depending on test schedule. Daily rate can be negotiated
