HGV CLASS 2 TIPPER DRIVER – ONGOING WORK – TRAFFORD PARK

£16.50 per hour PAYE | 06:30 Starts | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Work

DriveStaff Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a busy and well-established tipper operation based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

This is regular Monday to Friday work with consistent 06:30 starts and ongoing opportunities available for reliable drivers.

£16.50 per hour PAYE

The work consists of:

Monday to Friday

THE ROLE

You’ll be carrying out Class 2 tipper work, delivering to construction, aggregate and associated sites across the region.

Typical duties include:

Driving Class 2 tipper vehicles
Deliveries to construction and aggregate sites
Completing daily vehicle checks
Ensuring loads are transported safely
Completing paperwork accurately
Following individual site procedures
Working within Drivers’ Hours and Working Time regulations
Maintaining a professional standard when representing the client
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered, you must have:

Valid UK Class 2 / Category C licence
Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience
Previous tipper experience preferred
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points
No DD, DR, TT, IN10 or DR10 endorsements
Must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time regulations
Reliable and professional attitude
Good communication skills
