Class 2 Driver – Colwall / Malvern, Worcestershire & Herefordshire Border
DriverHire are looking for an experienced HGV C (Class 2) driver to work on an on-going contract with one of our key clients.
You will be an enthusiastic & experienced HGV C (Class 2) drivers willing to join our team of flexible employees to work with this specific client. The job will be predominantly deliveries to locations adjacent to the M5 and M4. A good customer facing personality and a tidy appearance is a must.
The perfect candidate will be of smart appearance with a polite nature, you will need to show willingness to give that little extra to ensure our clients end user has the best experience possible. You will need to be a good communicator with an eye for detail to ensure that all deliveries / collections are completed accurately with all paperwork in order and in timely fashion.
You will need to be able to handball, wheeled crates similar to that used for supermarket deliveries.
This is a approximately a 35 hour week spread over four days – other work is available locally if tacho time allows.
As a DriverHire flexible employee for this role you will require:
C (Class 2) drivers’ licence
CPC Card
Digital tachograph card
A pleasant disposition and great customer service skills
Well presented
Clean Licence (no more than 6 points (no TT MS DR DD) codes)
Have a reasonable degree of physical fitness.
Pay
Days C+E £10 per hour PAYE (flat rate) (all tax and NI Paid at source – you accumulate holiday pay).
