Salary: Circa £27,000 Pro Rata

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Driver Hire Norwich are currently recruiting for experienced Commercial Fitter to work within our Clients busy automotive centre due to an increase in workload.

Servicing and repairing their fleet of commercial vehicles as well as customers vehicles you will also be required to provide additional support attending roadside callouts and breakdowns which is part of our Clients core service.

As an experienced Commercial Fitter / Technician / Mechanic, you will have recent experience working on HGV’s and ideally hold a Class 1 licence. Candidates will ideally be educated to NVQ Level 3 in vehicle servicing and repair however applications will also be considered from those holding a lower qualification with substantial hands-on experience.

We are looking for a professional, experienced and knowledgeable individual with good communication skills that can confidently liaise face to face with customers whilst providing a high level of customer care.

Applications are welcomed from Commercial Fitters looking for either part-time or full-time work within the Norwich area.

Requirements:
Ideally will hold a Class 1 HGV Drivers licence with full CPC and digital tacho card

Have no more than 6 points on licence for minor offences

Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in vehicle servicing and repair

Have experience working on commercial vehicles (heavy goods and light) as a Commercial Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Fitter
