JOB: CE Class 1 Night Driver

LOCATION: BARNSLEY

TYPE: Regular Temporary

SALARY: £12.00 – £14.69 PER HOUR (Dependent on pay models)

The team here at Driver Hire Barnsley are currently looking for Class 1 Night drivers to work with one our well established clients. a well-established furniture retailer/distributor based in Barnsley, who are immediately available for work. A typical nights work would either be three collections per shift max or one run to Stoke depot to drop and swap trailers.

Duties:
Safe loading and unloading of products, adhering to company’s Health & Safety procedures

Ensure sufficient security of load to the vehicle before and during transit

Complying with driving legislation

Maintain a quality driven service at all times

Complying with Company Policies and Procedures

Applicants are required to have:
A full UK Driving Licence with Category C+E entitlement

Current CPC Driver Qualification Card

Valid digital tachograph card

A minimum of 12 months’ experience of driving a HGV Class 1/C+E vehicle

No DR, IN or TT conviction codes and no more than 6 points
