About Us: DP Skip Hire Ltd is a trusted, family-run waste management company with 30 years of experience delivering professional skip hire services across Staffordshire & South Cheshire. We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Class 2 HGV Driver to join our growing operation.

The Role: As a Class 2 HGV Driver at DP Skip Hire, you’ll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, exchange, and collection of skips to and from residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering and collecting skips across local and surrounding areas Operating skip loader vehicles in a safe and efficient manner Daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with road transport legislation Providing excellent customer service at all times Maintaining accurate paperwork and records

Requirements: Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence Up-to-date CPC qualification Valid digital tachograph card Previous experience with skip vehicles preferred but not essential (training can be provided) Good knowledge of local routes Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
