The Digital Wealth Management (DWM) organization aims to create a fully-integrated digital experience for investment clients across the wealth continuum. DWM partners closely with the business, both in Global Wealth Management (GWM) globally and Chase Wealth Management (CWM) domestically – including senior management and front office leaders – to ensure the DWM roadmap and digital product offerings meet client needs and enhance their relationships with the firm. In delivering a compelling, omni-channel journey through the entire client life cycle, DWM will extend and amplify the firm’s wealth management experience through digital. Tight collaboration with functional partners and control areas is essential in DWM’s goal of executing against a multi-year strategic initiative that will drive growth in financial performance, increase business and operational efficiency, improve client satisfaction and increase market share.
Position Overview:Digital Wealth Management is seeking a highly effective Project Manager to focus on, build out and improve the International Wealth Management clients’ online products across the International Private Bank (PB) business. Although the role is located in London, the candidate will work with a global team implementing projects across EMEA, ASIA and LATAM and US.
In this role the candidate will partner with the Digital Engagement team, regional business and product managers and coordinate with leads in GWM Marketing, SPG (Strategic Programs Group), Technology, Design, Legal & Control. The ideal candidate should have Project Management and Product Owner experience, understand the digital landscape and be familiar with marketing, technology and operational planning processes.
All candidates should have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an underlying passion for digital engagement.
The Digital Project Manager will report directly to the International Digital Platform Lead.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing online initiatives and keeping them aligned with the global strategy as well as:
Managing digital projects of various sizes and complexity throughout all stages of project lifecycle
Engaging legal, compliance, audit, risk to ensure all international regulations are adhered to
Working closely with front office and business leads to create clear and concise business requirements in the form of user stories
Partnering effectively with distributed technology and operations teams to ensure that project deliverables remain on track & continue to meet business requirements
Helping to drive release management, including the coordination and execution of user-acceptance testing
Working with Digital Engagement (DE) to develop regional internal and external communications.Qualifications:
Experience working in financial services, preferably in wealth management
Digital Project management and/or Product Ownership/Management experience
Experience working with distributed and remote teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expertise in defining and building out rich project plans, and ideally their associated operating models
Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute with calmness under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to act
Flexibility with different types of tasks and unforeseen, ad-hoc projects
Ability to be a team player and/or individual contributor
Experience working within or understanding of an agile product development framework
Knowledge of Agile product development tools & practices (Scrum, Jira, Kanban)
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Strong presentation creation and presentation skills
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Access skills
Language skills – English required and multi-lingual preferred
